Returning your dreads
Are the products not to your liking? Then you can simply get a refund.
In order to do this, you need to login to your account.
Once we have received your products and inspected them, we will process the order and the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
Shipping cost for returns are to be paid by the customer. Return packages must be sent to the Netherlands.
You can only return products when:
- they are unused and in the original packaging.
- the order was received no more than 30 days ago.
- you have reported the products online.
- they were not custom made for you (such as worldreads, curl dreads and dreadfalls)
Dread kits, Dread sets and Box Braids sets can only be returned as a complete package!
How does it work?
- Login to your account and request your return by clicking the link 'Product Return'.
- After inspection, we will accept or decline your return. You will get an e-mail within 2 business days.
- In the attachment of this e-mail you will find your return receipt, print it and add it to your package. This is not a return label, shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense.
- If your return is accepted, you can send the products to the address below.
- We inspect the products and then refund the amount.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your product. If you’d prefer to receive another product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.
