Are the products not to your liking? Then you can simply get a refund.
Once we have received your products and inspected them, we will process the order and the amount will be refunded within 14 days.
You can only return products when:
- they are unused and in the original packaging.
- the order was received no more than 30 days ago.
- they were not custom made for you (dreadfalls)
Dread kits, Dread sets and Box Braids sets can only be returned as a complete package!
How does it work?
Add the order form to the return products in the package.

Shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense.
As soon as we receive the return we will inspect the products, process them and refund the money.
Be aware: we can't accept any return shipments that are sent to us from outside the European Union due to customs. If you do ship a parcel to us from outside the EU, it will automatically be returned to sender. We have created a Facebook Marketplace where you can sell your goods. You can find it here.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange your product. If you’d prefer to receive another product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.
