Are the products not to your liking? Then you can simply get a refund.

Once we have received your products and inspected them, we will process the order and the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

 You can only return products when:

  • they are unused and in the original packaging.
  • the order was received no more than 30 days ago.
  • they were not custom made for you (dreadfalls)

Dread kits, Dread sets and Box Braids sets can only be returned as a complete package!

How does it work?
Add the order form to the return products in the package.

Shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense.

As soon as we receive the return we will inspect the products, process them and refund the money.



Outside the EU, customs clearance costs are charged on parcels, as well as on parcels that are returned to Dreadshop. This processing process often also takes a very long time.
To avoid high costs and long waiting times, we would like to ask you to take the following steps when you return a package from outside the EU:

  • make sure you set the value of the package to a maximum of €30 / $30 / £25
  • make sure it is indicated on the package that it is a gift
  • DO NOT add the invoice to the package or on the package

With these return instructions, the package will be delivered directly to our warehouse, allowing us to process the returned package much faster.
If the return package does not meet these requirements and customs clearance costs are charged, the package will be returned to the customer.


Unfortunately we cannot exchange your product. If you’d prefer to receive another product, return the product and then place a new order on the website.
