Returning your dreads

Exchanging Products

If you’re not satisfied with the color or length of the dreads or aren’t satisfied with any of the other products you’veordered, you can exchange the dreads and/or other products.
The conditions for exchanges are:

  • Products are unused an in their original packaging
  • Must be done within two weeks of receiving your order
  • You must fill out the return form that came with your order and include this form in the return shipment.
  • Extra shipping costs or other price differences can be included with the shipment in cash or paid via banktransfer. Be sure to always include your order number when making a bank transfer. Our bank details can befound here.

 

Money Back

If you’re not satisfied with the products, you can get your money back.
The conditions for getting money back are:

  • Products are unused an in their original packaging
  • Must be done within two weeks of receiving your order
  • You must fill out the return form that came with your order and include this form with the return shipment.
  • Shipping costs are at your own expense
